She sits in her robe, with her hair in a bun, drinking her morning coffee on her dining table. Kehlani's You Should Be Here plays from her laptop. She's contemplating her next step. Making plans for the summer, for her career, for her self betterment... A normal day for her. And all she ever asked for is to be desired and loved. To create. To inspire. For once, she feels as if her desires can only be accomplished within herself. It's the best feeling in the world. No one can place a limit but herself.

With sportswear at it's peak in everyday fashion, I find myself pairing sports items with skirts, jeans, heels, etc. It's fun to play around with the silhouettes and colors. My NikeLab x Sacai windbreaker is one of my favorite pieces in my closet at the moment. I love the movement created, the color combo, the fit. It's honestly such a great piece. Sacai is one of my favorite brands as well; they're known to bring an edge to feminine wear.

Distressed Denim

It's finally starting to feel like spring. It's pretty exciting to be able to throw on a leather and no longer have to worry about layering up. New York is always so much better once the climate works with us. I've been looking for a pair of nicely distressed denim, and unfortunately I couldn't find any whenever I sought out for them. So I cut up a pair of old Express jeans and distressed them myself. Best decision I ever made.

Wearing Marciano leather jacket, Forever 21 shirt dress, Express denim that I distressed myself, All Saints heels, and Dior sunnies.

I spoke earlier in January about transitioning from photos to film. It's something I've been working on and I'm excited to release this little piece of myself. It's extremely personal, but I feel like all of my viewers know very little of me. This was filmed in January in 9 degree weather. It took us a while to agree on what I was comfortable releasing. I pushed myself a little more than I normally would and agreed on allowing some more personal bits. I really hope you guys enjoy it. I look forward to releasing a few more short films throughout the year.

A huge shout out to my multiple underwear appearances. They deserve their own credit.
